Cartoon tips

While uploading cartoons to a website, people make two common mistakes:
* Images are scanned in too dark, creating lots of "gray" values and poor contrast .
* Images are saved in jpeg format, which will corrode clarity and sharpness for high-contrast images and actually BULK UP the image size. (JPEG is best suited for high-quality color)
